I am hoping that this might reach the right person's attention for someone to assist because emails are just being ignored. I had a tracker in my previous vehicle and struggled for months to get the contract cancelled. Eventually the only way for this company to get in touch with me was to default on an installments, not something I prefer doing but if you have no success otherwise and you touch someone and or/ a company's finances you get attention. I informed the consultant that the car was sold months ago and I've been trying to cancel the tracker since without success. The advisor informed me the tracker is cancelled with immediate effect. I asked if there is anything payable, to which the advisor said no. I received an email from GL Attorneys informing me I've been handed over by Netstar for a cancellation fee. I have sent several email requests to Netstar requesting the cancellation call and a team manager to call me, which to date have not been done. There is no TCF whatsoever to your clients and your service is **********!
