Serious ***** concerns on my Netstar profile

I am extremely concerned by the way Netstar has handled a serious issue involving my personal profile.

I recently discovered that there are more than 10 vehicles linked to my Netstar profile, with installation certificates issued in my name. These vehicles do not belong to me, and I did not authorise these installations or the use of my personal details.

This is not a small admin error. It appears that my profile and personal information may have been misused, yet no one at Netstar has been able to explain how this happened, who authorised it, or why these vehicles were added under my name.

I am requesting an urgent written explanation, copies of all documents linked to these vehicles, confirmation of who processed the installations, immediate removal of all vehicles incorrectly linked to my profile, and written confirmation that this has not affected my credit, insurance, personal information or legal standing.

If Netstar does not resolve this urgently and provide a proper written response, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter legally and report it to the relevant consumer protection and data protection authorities.

At this stage, I have lost confidence in Netstar’s ability to protect customer information and manage customer accounts responsibly.
