Selling in bad faith!!!
Netstar told me that my unit is due for upgrade and arranged to fit a new unit, and even bragged that I will pay less. In the process, sneaked another product "Companion" something, and now charge me for it, negating their earlier entice that it will be cheaper. Now, they take for ever to resolve the query while charging me. Bad faith!!!
