Second complaint still no repsonse

what is happening at Al tech Netstar this is not the first time that i had to complain about this after a few months of delay i finally got hold of the sales consultants to stop the debit order as i do not make use of this service any more. i was told that someone from head office will get back to me second complaint and still nothing yet every month someone gets R200 from me. If i do not get a response today and this gets sorted out once and for all i will take this to every newspaper and take legal action <br> <br> Yours sincerely <br> Michelle Lues
