Scratchs all along my car after installing tracking device

A technician came to my house to install a tracking device in my vehicle , while doing so he scratched all along my Right Front fender , along my front grill and then left and didnt even bother to inform me. I was just fortunate enough to walk around the car afterwards to find me. Disgusting vandalism
