Signed up for the R99 car tracking device. I was billed R206 which is not what I signed up for. Clearly stated in the sign up forms that I wanted the R99 deal. Signed the deal with DC Khulani Ngwenya. Called in to change subscription back to what we agreed on. I was told that doing that is impossible. They would have to go through all the voice recordings for that month. i was also told that they could only give me the R169 deal but that still isn't good enough for me. I feel like I was ****med into signing with the company. So angry right now.
