SAFE AND SOUND - USELESS!!

We had the Cyber Sleuth Supreme system is our previous vehicle - a wonderful product! After buying a new vehicle, we were told that a new system namely Safe and Sound will be fitted in the new vehicle as this is a better system and we will also be able to trace the vehicle on the internet.... Well this NEVER happened.... at first we were not able to trace the vehicle... After numerous calls and e-mails Altech Netstar told us that something is wrong with a receiver or whatever and that they will have to replace or change it. They came out to do that but after about a week, we were not able to trace the vehicle on the website AGAIN!! Today is the 14th of March and the last report that shows on the website is 29 January!! This is absolutely ridiculous... we are paying every month for a product that does not do what it is supposed to do!!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SAFE AND SOUND SYSTEM TO ANYONE!!!!
