Safe and sound, starsight useless

After some good convincing rom their dealer I installed a more expensive unit, cybersleuthsupreme. This unit was however by my discovery found to be faulty. With some effort this was replaced with the safe and sound unit. I can view limited reports online and can not play back trips as no map loads. dozens of phone calls and emails still did not resolve this and the latest was that I should load the mobile app to view this because according to them the system is so new that it is not desktop compatible. Now I am paying a premium account and receives what the most standard unit provides. Asking for cancelation is also only met with paying a fine and not even with a let us try our best to resolve this. I want my money back and they can have their unit back.
