Safe and Sound service has not worked for over a year.

The safe and sound app from Altech Netstar has not worked for over a year. I have called them numerous times and they say that their IT department is working on it. One consultant even said that whenever I am bores I must log on and check whether it has been fixes as they did not know when the issue will be resolved. I have been paying for the package that allows me to view my fleet via the app. Every month I pay for a service that has not worked for over a year. This is unfair what Netstar is doing to it's users / customers. Why are they making us pay for something that they know is not working??? This is ****************, we are paying more for an incomplete service.
