Safe and Sound Plus

I would just like to warn you about this company and the Safe and Sound Plus product on offer.

The Safe and Sound Plus product offers a logbook for tax purposes where you are supposedly able to log trips as business or private. Although their product does offer you this service the company doesn't tell you that you are supposed to log into their website every single time you start your ignition to log a trip as a business trip. I ********ly believed I could easily access my profile on their website to edit specific hours as business vs private trips every now and again. This was the case with my previous tracking device which also had an online logbook which I was able to manage myself.

Also be aware that you are not able to access your trip reports from eg 60 days prior, the website only allows you access to I think 45 days. In other words, when you need your trip report for a few months you need to make numerous calls to the customer service department before someone eventually sends you a FAULTY report.

Please do not make the same mistake I made and DO NOT pay monthly for no service.
