Safe and sound is a disappointment yet it's there highest unit

I bought a quantum in 2018 came out with netstar safe and sound unit, worked fine for 2 years then they stopped billing my account from my finance found out about it when I no longer received notifications about dangerous areas. Called them only to find out am placed on bad debt. Had to keep calling the person (mashudu) responsible for my account and paid it off which took me over 6 months to be get hold of her.

In 2021 September I requested two units for my two cars. The units never worked and they never billed my account for over 7 months to a point I wrote number of emails requesting they remove their units still no response. I check my credit status only to find they demanding I pay them R11 000 for the units. I am in contact with their consultant (mbali nxumalo) whom I have explained my situation to many times as she is responsible for my account but to my surprise they also confused as to what happened to my account. I tried to contact the court but no luck of help no positive response of getting helped. Netstar is really a disappointment. I provided all the evidence still they don't want to cancel my contract with them yet the units never worked.
