Safe and sound EWS

I have install a netstar safe and sound EWS from Day 1 i have problems with it . 1st it did not pick up when it violated . Only after the 3 days this started to work but not as it must . 2 nd you can not life track the vehicle as what they say.If you go on the net or app the time it shows when you click in the star is out with 2 hours .The vehicle is at my premises or work then it shows the vehicle is still moving some time still 10 km away.i have send screes shots to netstar as req by customer service WHATservice Dont even get back when a leave a message to find out what is going on .<br> Netstar stats you can life track you love ones But it is not doing it
