Sad Service Not Expected

I just wanted to bring to your attention the sad service Netstar Tracker did on our Golf Gti VII when they came to install a tracker at our home.<br> <br> 1stly we logged a call to Netstar for the scratch they left behind on the back driver side pillar post. They told us they would investigate.<br> <br> Secondly...<br> <br> There was smudge hand and finger prints left behind on the outside all over the car as well as on the windows , also there is a cover not put back properly on the inside of the hatch where the Netstar Technician advised he was working primarily on. I then had to take the car back to the car wash and pay again to have it washed.<br> <br> I am speechless to experience such service from a Well known company like Netstar.Not expected and very unprofessional.<br> <br> Please contact me to make arrangements to sort the Scratch and have the cover put back properly.
