Sad old Custer by Netstar unwilling to help

I've been a netstar customer for many years, never ever wanted to drive a car that's not covered by a tracking system. Anyway I became very ill, foot amputation, leukemia, enimic, legs have gone lame and eyesight deteriated, I now get injections in my eyes. I sold my car to we buy cars as I needed to due to financial constrains,i live off a sassa pension. I phoned in several times to ask for assistance in canceling or some form of help but nobody ever calls back, I even have names but won't go there. The car is being monitored in klerksdorp(kanana) I live in cape town but must foot the bill every month for a car I don't own. They send me messages that they got a distress single I think it's called, they don't call back when you don't answer, how do they assume you haven't been hyjacked or worse. I really thought they would have a bit of sympathy for my situation I find myself in but it's always sorry that's our policy, we can't change it, but you can cancel but then you must pay R2800 to clear last outstanding months of the contract. I do understand about contracts but surely it can be looked into due to my circumstances which can all be proven. Michael ***

I just had an Advisor called Thumi call me. He says they have a lot of customers and can't change the rules for anybody, doesn't matter the circumstances. He can offer me 2 choices which is to immediately cancel the contract but paying R2800 or I continue the monthly payment for the person who owns the car in klerksdorp. He is worse than the people I spoke to before, I asked can't this matter be escalated to higher management. He said I'm giving you choices, I can't expect then to write it off and make it a nil balance which I told him I never asked for but maybe a lessor amount or a discount etc. All he was interested in was I'm helping you with the choices to end this this that you stop writing on hello peter. All I'm saying is People be very careful when signing in good faith the 3 year contract that nothing unforseen happens to you before that. The way this guy went on its like even if you die, Netstar will still cover after you fot the payment. I really don't no how he can be an advisor that represents the company and deals with their faithful clients.
