Sad and completely money hungry

Not very happy with this company I sold my car and then being told that I now need to pay a once off amount of R655.50 other option is to cancel of a fee of R2502.64 I pay a monthly fee already for their service. I don’t get this so if you sell your car due to reason they will make you pay more I had to sell my car due to good reason I had no choice only now to hear this I am so disappointed in this service provider I hope that no one ever uses them more bad ratings than good I should have done proper review before financial I can’t even do both options.
