A bunch of ******. I was a on 36 month contract which ends end of August but debited me for August and triggered a month to month payment plan without my consent. They have been taking me from pillar to post.

Netstar: “ Please note that when you take up a contract through the dealership, each 12-month period includes a 1-month discount. This means that your full 36-month contract was discounted by 3 months in total.”

This still does not answer why I was debited at the beginning on month 36 (August) and not in September.
