Rude netstar agent
I have a tracker account with netstar and I had problems with my message notifications from my bank.netstar account fell behind and wasn't even aware.netstar never called me even once and they just handed me over.i called to ask why didn't they let me know I missed the payment,Sifiso from their finance told me rudely that it's not their responsibility to call me.i am so hurt and will be cancelling my account with them soon
