Rude agent

I had extremely poor customer service this morning from a lady called Lesterine. She was nothing but rude and continuously placed the blame on me as the customer instead of offering help, which is what she is employed to do. She repeatedly spoke over me and did not allow me to explain the issue, despite the fact that I have called several times about the same problem. The whole interaction was very disappointing and disgraceful, to say the least.

Thanks to the supervisor that took over the call Louis she was very helpful.
