Rude agent

On the 19th of Jan at about 16:41 I received a call from Khanyi who was calling me to tell me about a car tracking device her company has. As II answered my phone and greeted her she began to tell me who she is and why she was calling. Once she mentioned Altech I remembered that I had asked another gentleman from the same car track provider to call me when I wasn't at work. So I listened attentively to what she was about to say but then the line was cut off. I also realised that my battery was low so I charged my phone with the intention to call back the number. As I was about to call, I received a call from the same number again. Sure enough it was Khanyi. I was pleased that age called again but little did I know that this call was one meant to insult me. Khanyi told me that I was barbaric for hanging up and that this was a sign that I am uneducated. I was about to explain what had happened but she too hung up on me. I returned her call, explained what happened earlier and yet again I was hurled with insults. I request to speak to her superior and she told me that that person had left. What I would like to know is if Altech has insults as part of their telemarketing /telesales script. I was considering switching my car track companies despite forfeiting some benefit s and encoring a new waiting period. After the call with Khanyi, I will never switch to Altech . imagine the service I will get should my car be ******! The following number is the number Khanyi used to call me: ********** 130.
