Rude

I called the finance department this morning at around 11:10am. I had an inquiry regarding my statements which i have not received ever. The consultant was rude and just told me to go on the website to retrieve my statement without explaining how I go about that process. The very same consultant hung up the phone before I can even get his name. very poor service!!
