Royal service

I called in like a week ago in the Polokwane branch and spoke to Nicole Van Rooyan, soon as I hung up she had already sent me the papers to fill, a few days later she calls to remind me of my fitment date and on the day she called me hours before to remind me again, yesterday I went to get my car fitted, she was a complete sweetheart she offered me space and i was able to work, helped keep the room warm for me as it was cold and ensured she updated me with everything regarding the process of the car and as people came in i watched how she interacted with everyone and her body language was great aswell. She's really a star i swear and because of the great experience am already speaking to my insurance to change the current tracker to Netstar for all the company cars as well as my husbands, soon I'll be contacting again for a quote and bookings. I hope the company can see what they have there because it's a rare stone! As an employer myself it's great to see an employee do they work with such passion.
