Room for improvement

Room for improvement will always be there. I was a bit disappointed that I got transferred without being told that I was being transferred. Then I had to repeat my speech to another person. It can be a bit frustrating.

I emailed the person that called me, and she assured me that she was going to call me to confirm receipt of my email, which I found strange because technology is there. An auto reply could have been set up to confirm receipts of email.

I always find it helpful when one sounds back the digits as being called out; this allows the other party to quickly correct if an incorrect digit is sounded back.
