Ripping people off

This people are making me pay for a car that was written off even after I registered my new car with them,so all I want to know is ,is the contract with me or with the car cause they should have just registered my new car under the contract and let me continue ,cause now iam paying for two cars but I own one ,and the benefits are forfeited cause the other car was s****ped
