Had the Altec Netstar tracking system installed in my vehicle in January 2017. Included in my order was a panic remote. My monthly debit order was R 185.00. To my surprise my November debit order was suddenly R 308.99. On enquiring why this was I was advised that they did not charge me for the remote in January. So it seems that it took them almost 11 months to pick this up. No call to tell me this was the case. just go ahead and take money from my bank. I want to cancel this tracking unit as I cannot trust this company.
