Alltech Netstar called me about fitting a tracker. I chose the 12 month option. on my first bill i was billed just over R400. I called the finance department spoke to Hlengiwe, who confirmed I was not supposed to be billed. A week later i called spoke to Shaun who confirmed that the Credit was in progress. I called 3 weeks later, spoke to Hlengiwe concerning the refund and was informed that for the 12 month contract, fitment was applicable. I inquired, why I had to keep calling for update, she mentioned that an e mail was sent, however to an incorrect address. I was surprised because the fitment certificate was sent to the correct number. At the time of accepting the contract no mention was made about fitment. I am waiting to hear the recording. Further more Hlengiwe was rude and very unhelpful. I am glad my contract. is only 12 months.
