Rip-off! No device fitted, poor assistance, paying for 8 years

<p>I have been with Altech Nestar since 2008 and never once could they locate my vehicle during testing. 2010 I took the vehicle to their fitting centres as they had recommended, findings: the technicians said they cant find the tracker in my vehicle. They said they would get back to me. Later on, they said they fix and upgraded my device. </p> <p> </p> <p>2011 I was harrassed by the credit bureau about my Altech nestar account. Only to find out after paying lumpsome of money that Altech said i was owing, was in fact another person's bill and not mine. I was unknowingly paying for two accounts at this company. I had to involve the police to find out who this other owner of the other account was for Altech to stop sending me statements of a car i did not own.</p> <p> </p> <p>Right now they are demanding their instalments as i pay one lumpsome annually, but when i ask them to help me with this faulty device, I was told to just cancel my contract with them if Im not happy, after so many years of paying for nothing???</p> <p> </p> <p>They are very quick to send people's names to the credit bureau but very slow to resolve problems created by them. wish Criselda Lewis can expose this company of such calibre to the public at large</p>
