Ridiculous service from Netstar!!!

Vehicle already being sold for over 2 months, sending e-mail to Netstar to request termination of contract, only rep**** “someone will contact you soon” up till now more than 2 months passed, no one ever contacted me and even to send an email there is no respond, the only thing they could do is ignore me and keep on doing debit order, how ridiculous is the service!!!! How pathetic!!
