Ridiculous! Just cancel my contract, I don’t own that car!!!!

It’s been 12 months since I tried cancelling the Netstar contract and every month an instalment goes off my account. Recently, I was told I owe 435 on my account and I expressed that I will not pay that account since I sold the vehicle a year ago and no one actioned my cancellation request. The latest conversation I had was with Ashendra Singh who said he’ll get someone to call me regarding the cancellation. Again, if calls are recorded why can’t they refer to my several cancellation requests. This is pathetic, imagine having to pay for a service you don’t use anymore because of *********** people. I now woke up to a deduction of 435 that I explicitly asked them not to deduct, but clearly Ashendra Singh and his team actioned the D/O without my approval. What does one have to do to get out of this contract? Waste time complaining on every platform perhaps.
