Revoke license for Netstar

<p>I cancelled my contract with altech netstar after months of battling gross negligence and failure to meet their contractual obligation but I still get debited of my account for some odd reason. Their systems do not talk to each other nor do the people that work there. I mean really how difficult can it be to remove a client from your payments database.</p> <p> </p> <p>The mistakes and errors that netstar have made with me are an indication that the ombudsman and legal system should intervene as I am not alone in my grievances. Their licence needs to be suspended and revoked.they need to be investigated and start compensating clients for such grossly unfair and costly errors to clients</p>
