Response saved my life

I was recently in a car accident and Altech Netstar saved my life!

I was a victim of reckless driving from a taxi driver which caused a collision of three cars. Mine being the car in the middle. I suffered from loss of breath and severe neck injures. The impact from the car behind forced me towards the steering wheel which fortunately my seat belt held me back. That impact alone was so great that the back of my neck hit the head rest and the head rest flew to the back seat. The impact alerted Altech Netstar and they contacted me within minutes of my accident and from suffering from loss of breath, I was unable to speak. Connecting my phone through bluetooth allowed me to answer the phone on the steering wheel and all I could make out to the lady on the phone was that I was just involved in a accident.

She immediately dispatched medical assistance and moments later an ambulance came out. Jonica, a paramedic came inside my car and spoke to me. I was full of tears and in so much agony. She talked me through everything whilst holding my neck in one position. The guys came holding a stretcher which I was taken out of the car in. I was carried into the ambulance and taken to Arwyp Hospital for treatment.
