Resolution process a huge waste of time

Useless company.

Someone called me back to 'resolve' my dispute. These calls are nothing more than a waste of time and a chance to re-live your frustrations.

A resolution in Netstar's opinion seems to comprise of wasting the time of the disgruntled ex-customer who has expressed his/her unhappiness about your service.

My view here is that these 'We'll contact you to resolve' responses are purely issued to give the impression that something is done. Simply going through the motions to list as a company that responds on Hello Peter.

'Resolutions' are nothing but explanations as to why this company is legally allowed to do whatever unfair thing that caused the complaint in the first place.

Having been through the resolution process with Netstar my revised opinion is an even more resounding 'STAY AWAY.'

I hope this saves someone the displeasure of dealing with Netstar.
