Requesting a car test has never been so difficult

I called Altech Netstar testing center ***) on Friday the 20th Feb 2015 and requested that they test the tracking devise in my car. The lady I spoke said she was unable to pick up my car signal at the time and advised me that it takes a 3 working days to get a result. I then made a follow up call on Wednesday the 25th Feb 2015 to find out the test results, the lady I spoke to said she will send me an email later in the day - I RECEIVED NOTHING. I then called again on Thursday 26th Feb 2015 and I was fed the same lie as Wednesday and was promised some sort of result again - I RECEIVED NOTHING. Today it being Friday the 27th Feb marks it 5 workings in which I have been trying to get my car test result. What happens if my car gets ******, will Altech Netstar be able to track it down as they are currently failing to give me my test result. I'm failing to understand why I am running around busy making phones calls and battling to receive a service that I am initialed to!!! They are *****...
