Repairs done at their convenience when their device drains car battery

Their *****/old tracking device completely drained my car battery stranding me on a public holiday. I cannot replace the battery until the device is serviced/fixed/removed but they refuse to send someone out to repair it.

At first they promised to call back numerous times but I never received a single callback. This morning I was told it will take a few more business days before they would actually contact me, after which an appointment would be made. Confirmed it would not be actioned today and possibly sometime next week (no estimate). So I'm left without a functional car until it's at their convenience to repair the faulty device. Furthermore I need to replace my battery and reprogram it thanks to them but Netstar do nothing even though they are to blame.

This device needs to be removed and I'm signing up with a competitor.
