Remove my name from credit bureau

Please kindly remove your account from my credit report or your account on my credit report, the account was handed over to creditworx by altech nestar I paid up and settle the account I also have a paid-up letter from credit worx, its been three months I settle the account but it still appears on my credit report and horrifying part it bow appear as bad debt written off, this is wrong because the account was settled in full.
