Removal of tracker

I paid netstar to remove my tracker because it's draining my battery since I have installed a cartrack one. The car can't handle two trackers. This is the second battery I have bought because two trackers are draining my battery. I have sent emails but nobody responds.. Julia, Ziphozonke and Phumlani are all not responding for almost three weeks now. The service at netstar is pathetic. I need this issue resolved ASAP please
