Removal of Tracker

Netstar tracker is draining my car battery I cancelled the contract end of May 2021 and I repeatedly asked them to remove their tracker. They asked for a payment of R287.50 which I paid on the 12th August 2022 and I am still waiting for them to remove the tracker. Despite asking time and time again.
