Remarkably bad service from a supposed trustworthy company!!!

I would like to comment on the terrible service that we have been receiving or shall I say the lack thereof.

We have changed our contract and since then been billed for both the new and old. To make it worse they have increased the price by 50% with no warning or notice.

We have tried contacting Netstar via every possible means and have had no success.

I believe that if you could spent half the time in customer service as you do in adverti*****t you would probably be a great company.
