Registration of tracking unit online

On Monday I installed a tracking unit for my vehicle, however I have been unable to register the unit on the online system.<br> <br> I have tested the unit and done everything that customer care has advised but with no luck.<br> <br> When I call customer they say they will revert to me but with feedback.<br> <br> I believe this is unfair as I took package for this feature so no I am unable to register online I believe that this is not fair
