Refusing to cancel contract

Altech is refusing to cancel my contract despite numerous requests and phone calls asking for the agreement to be terminated. I concluded this agreement in 2010 when I bought my car. I do not require this unit and the bad service I receive from them. They are quick to hand over the account when it’s in arrears but not respond to requests to cancel. I want this agreement canceled .
