Refuse to cancel contract

Netstar's customer service is terrible. I have asked for my contract to be cancelled since October 2022 and 6 months later, no one has assisted me. I have contacted their finance department and cancellations multiple times and nothing has come out of it. The last straw has been the company ignoring my proof of payments via email. I am fed up and regret signing up with them.
