refusal of refund

I took out a contract with Netstar on the 11th of June @ R99 per month. They charged me double that amount, & only after numerous emails & phone calls, was it corrected. I am now finding it impossible to get a refund for the amount owing me as a result of the overcharging. They have to be the MOST inefficient company I have ever dealt with.
