REFUND - RETENTIONS
I cancelled my contract on the 28.05.2021. called numerous time thereafter to follow up on my refund. Retentions will call me back. I am still waiting! Always going to call be back. Awaiting cancellation letter also since 28.05.2021. So glad I changed companies.
