Refund of my money as they a not good people to DC I business with

We bought a vehicle about two years ago, last year my husband received an email from Netstar saying that he's owing a balance of R800 which I phoned Netstar for banking details which I was provided with which is a Nedbank account I then capture the Stop order but what I did was to use my name instead of the reference number in November 2019 my husband received a call telling him that they have not received the payment I then phoned Netstar to let them know that I was paying but I use my name as references, I was referred to a lady by the name of Masundu which she requested me to send her the bank statement as well as the stop order page which shows the bank account that was credited, I then changed the reference number and put in the correct one, in March this year I was in a accident in my suprize we did not get the service we are paying for, I was then told that the tracker has been canceled I asked about my money which is sitting in their bank account I am still paying even now in June 20th I paid them,
