Refund due by Netstar
Its been more than 10 days since I was promised that i will receive my refund that is due to me by Netstar..surprisingly I received an approval of my cancelation of the account with them in less than 12 hours after laying a complaint. What a service we pay for. They are quick to cancel accounts not provide customer service.

10 Oct 2025, 08:44Its all about valuing exiiating customers to attract new customers through the customer service you provide. Handling a query at Nestar is another story. I was promised that my case is investigated a number of times including 2 days back..but nothing ever comes out of it. If they can't refund a R2000 imagine if you have a claim of R200 000. Im really disappointed on Netsar.
