Refund due

Please note that I cancelled a list of vehicles we had tracked by Netstar on 19 August 2014 (YES a whole year ago!). I have sent numerous e-mails (with proof of cancellation e-mail) and when I phone nobody seems to know what is going on. The last person dealing with this query was Molebogeng Kgame who was the most helpful so far however when I phone, yet again, nobody seems to know who this is. I am waiting on a refund of over R12,000 but Netstar are not giving me feedback on this. I received an e-mail from Molebogeng yesterday (20/08/2015) stating that they had put through a credit note for one of the vehicles however no word on the others. Also, what exactly does a credit note mean?????? I want a refund in my bank. Very unhappy and frustrated!!!!!<br>
