Refund and tracker re-installation

How typical of Netstar. I didn't receive any call about the tracker being active on not. Nor the refund that it is due to me, instead they call about the cancelation of the account because they are running away from responsibility. I waited the whole day for an email or call to let me know my case is being investigated but nothing. Instead they rush to ask when do I want to cancel. You should learn from other businesses on custome care.

I will be updating my status here after 14 days. That's a promise. Im still waiting for a correspondence about my trackers status whether it is active or not. I paid for the past 3 months not knowing whether it is active or not.
