REFEUND FOR CANCELLED CONTRACT DOUBTFUL
Contacted call centre to cancel monthly contract. Agent confirmed cancellation.<br> <br> When requested refund for remaining portion of month told to speak to Finance - agent redirected call.<br> <br> Phone unanswered for 15 minutes!!<br> <br> I hung up - doubt will see any refund!! <br> <br> SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY TO REQUEST REFUND
