Rajan Moodley false promises

Rajan Moodley has once again dragged the Altech name in the mud,false promises of refund I have been waiting for ,for the past 2-3weeks now which I still have not received,the nerve of the guy sending me a credit note and having the decency to call it proof of payment,not sure if he thinks I am stupid or blind ,I have lodged a complaint for breach of contract with SA consumer rights and for as long as this refund is not in my bank I will not stop complaining,

The is thousands of car tracking companies out there and I really don't see why I should still be with altech ,cancel my contract as I really I am not happy with such ludicrous service
