Promises to fix tracker aren't kept!

Absolutely terrible customer service: false promises to call and schedule appointments but they do not call. I've received more than 22 false alarms with my tracker and have been trying to get a technician to come and sort it out. The people in the call centre say they will call me back to schedule an appointment or they actually schedule one, but never follow through with it. Very disappointed with this service!
