Product cancelled contrary to agreement

Hi, I had two tracking units in my vehicle from Netstar and upgrading one of them, getting confirmation from David at the Sales Office that the other would remain active.<br> I just found out that the other one was deactivated.<br> I contacted David about 2 weeks ago and he promised to sort it out and back back to me within a day. <br> He never got back.<br> <br> I called yesterday morning and was told that he is busy and that he would call back. <br> No call back, as usual.<br> <br> Please sort out this issue and have my ohter unit activated.
